If something is not working, you have a question about your account or recipes, or you want to suggest an improvement, this is the place to start.

Contact support

Use email if you are visiting from the App Store, cannot sign in, or prefer not to use your account. Include the device, browser or app version, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw.

What to include

A few details make support requests much easier to investigate.

  • The page or screen where it happened.
  • Your device, browser, or app version if you know it.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • Any error message, screenshot, or recipe link that helps explain the issue.

You can also use the message button in AnyDough after signing in to send feedback and read replies in your account.
